Sorry I didn't blog last night. I was exhausted from a cross country meet I ran in yesterday. Out of about 60 people, I got 26th place. Not bad for my first time. I could have quit, but I chose to keep running, no matter how tired i felt, or how bad I couldn't breathe. Its the same way in life. You cant give up, just keep pushing through the pain. A line in Rodney Adkins song, "Going Through Hell" says "If you're going through hell, keep on moving, face that fire, walk right through it. You might get out before the devil even knows you're there." I love this line. to me, it means just keep going. You never know who is an angel holding out a hand to pull you back up on your feet. Be careful, you never know who that angel might be...

ReplyDeleteLike I said in my own blog (which you still better not be reading :) ) I'm very proud of you for your performance under extenuating circumstances. You have had a lot of change in the last few months and you've handled it with grace and dignity and I'm so very proud of you. And, that isn't just because you are my daughter. It is because of who you are as a person. Keep up the good work and I will save you a spot in the bed for a cuddle if Elvis doesn't steal it first!!
